Easy to make tastes just like our local takeaway. Fry a chunky onion, throw in some peas and protein cook till done, add powder and water last 2 minutes!!! stir and wait till it thickens, lovely

Add the onion and peas and stir fry for another minute. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Add water to the wok/pan. Stir in the curry mix, whisk until the sauce comes to the boil. Add the chicken, onion and peas to the curry sauce. Lower the heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve.
