Meaning and Purpose

The sun signifies meaning and purpose, and here we find many meanings, many purposes, which add up to a richness, a wealth, an abundance – which goes beyond the singular meaning and purpose of our own Sun, which is just one among billions of other Suns.
So much may be accomplished with all this meaning and purpose. The goal here is to be aware of it all, to be aware of the wealth that we may draw on, and to help others to be aware of it. This degree can be very adept at healing poverty consciousness. It is interesting that the Omega Symbol of this degree alludes to the planet which is the polar opposite of the Sun – the Moon – and that the Omega Symbol alludes to poverty and lack of support. The balcony wants to lift us up, but it has become weakened by time and the elements. Emotional fulfillment, though – as symbolized by the full Moon – is possible, if we can become aware of the weakness of our supports and know how to REBUILD and strengthen them – and this degree does.
