From out of the preceding Symbol "A Party Entering A Large Canoe" the situation seems to be developing into the call to action, and possibly arms, that is basic to any creative enterprise or crucial issue - or the defence of that enterprise or issue. This speaks of the primitive, tribal streak in personality that equips one to gather together with those of like mind to overcome a common enemy, especially one that is purblind and greedy for power. Determine what is necessary in terms of positive thinking and enthusiasm to reach a goal. This would primarily include the maintaining of a positive attitude and pursuing enterprising activities, for they are what contribute to the likelihood of success.
