I remember the 'Hairy Bikers' episode, where they interviewed Mr Woodall.
RIP Dave Myers, such a lovely, funny and entertaining bloke.

As I've said here before, I live next door to the village Butchers and their Sausages are just fantastic!! They've been using the same recipe for years and people keep coming back for more.
Today, Saturday Dec 21st, they were SOLD OUT at 10.00 am until fresh ones are made for Monday
(if they've got enough Pork!!) and that included all the extra ones made for Christmas sales.
They're Bloody Good!!

One thing I miss about the UK. Proper decent bacon and sausages. Oh and black pudding.

I'm in for a meaty weekend and may have to revisit before Christmas Day! π€ͺπ½οΈ

Richard Woodalls Cumberland sausage is without doubt the finest Sausage you will ever eat. The last two pubs I've worked in sold Woodalls sausage and it was the top seller on the menu it is delicious. Serve with creamy Mash and a rich onion Gravy anyone caught putting this sausage into a microwave should be ashamed of themselves

I can appreciate your appreciation of these butcher's sausages, but I have also eaten some pretty fantastic sausages during my life. The secret to good flavour is to look for very high pork content. I do score Aldi or Lidl top of the range sausages as darned good for the price, and a German Bratwurst from Lidl is really tasty.

It's been years since I last oven baked sausages.
Since day one of owning an airfryer, the oven has never been used, only the hob.
