I normally make my curry sauces from scratch but now I don't have to make a complicated sauce. The Keralan sauce is good. We eat plant based and I used this one can of sauce in a large traybake filled with vegetables and 'this isn't Chicken thighs', browned and cut up into chunks. Would also be good with plant based 'sausages'. I found it wasn't quite enough sauce for the traybake and I padded it out with just a bit of Alpro coconut milk. The sauce is medium heat so if you like hotter curry then add your own extra chilli or chilli powder. Open with caution as the can spurts when you pull the tab. It's not a problem....just open it pointing downwards and away from you is best. I recommend the flavour of this sauce, the cost is good, the quality is good and the container is clever and can stand on a shelf. We enjoyed our meal.

best curry sauce by far!

Bought in Tesco, and with over 50 yrs cooking experience, I was curious over a sauce in a can, so I bought it. Must say it was the best curry ive done ! but I cooked the chicken and onions, then added the sauce, very spicy, so I added plain yoghurt, cream, that toned it down somewhat, still lots of flavour, not mild at all, no good for anyone who does not do hot. Gonna try the tikka masala next. But a great buy.

Great to have a new curry option

We really enjoy this sauce which is bursting with flavour, a welcome alternative to the standard and quite repetitive recipe options from other brand. Has worked great in veggie, vegan and fish curries, delicious. Haven’t had issue with the cans yet (still time! but prefer that the packaging is zero plastic anyway.)

Great for a Cod Curry

Awesome, makes a great a great cod curry, superb favours reminds me of a great monkfish curry I had in Vietnam. Just be careful when opening it spirts everywhere.

Just as good as restaurant sauces, it’s delicious.

Best curry sauce ever! Has a little kick to it which I love. Worth the extra price as it’s so delicious. Great with crosta and mollica flatbreads.

Great sauce, all-natural, It's a shame the can explode on opening! The first time I was not prepared, I was covered in it, the second time all over the wall and kitchen units, and I was pointing the can into a saucepan! I have warned you!
