This example is for the missing MH370 Malaysian flight that disappeared into thin air a decade ago. A quick history -
Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing with 239 people on board, vanished from radar on March 8, 2014, after deviating from its planned path and heading south over the Indian Ocean based on satellite data.
Despite extensive searches covering vast ocean areas and the discovery of confirmed debris on distant shores like Reunion Island, the main wreckage has never been located, fueling numerous theories ranging from pilot suicide to mechanical failure.
As of 2025, the mystery remains unsolved, but a new search effort led by Ocean Infinity has resumed in the Indian Ocean under a no-find, no-fee contract with Malaysia, aiming to finally resolve the decade-old enigma.
Now to the chart - Local time for time for beginning of week (Sunday)
Mercury closely square Saturn stands out due to its tight orb and angular position. Saturn (death) square Mercury (flight) on IC (bottom of Ocean?). It occurs on a Saturday so that day is represented by 7th house and although the house is empty its cusp is exactly opp Saturn whilst the house ruler Venus (emotion, relationships) Venus is in 3rd opposite black lilith which suggests emotions are out of control and part of an extremely stressed Grand Cross.
Could Mercury just in 3rd square Saturn equate to a 'depressed mind' with Mer applying to IC signifying an 'end' (IC) to these woes?
I'll stop there and add the chart and then hopefully add a bit more detail later.
BTW. I left out the main info which I call the 'Event Point' marking the precise time of
the event (when MH370 went missing) in this week and in this case Saturday (7H) at 1.21 am local time). So after locating it in the char
the Event Pt. is directly opposite Saturn on ASC square Mercury on IC.

In this timing method I'm using 7 yrs for the span of every house (Placidus) with an overall cycle of 84 yrs = 360 degrees = after which we begin again from the ascendant which is in this case is 13.21 Sagittarius (US Sibley chart).
9/11
This event occurs at 2.41 Virgo in the 9th house of Flight/Aircraft obviously and with its ruler Mercury in Cancer (home/homeland) in the 8th house of mortality, national crisis, transformation and death (over 2000 sadly died that day).
Regarding the important Event Point (dial hand) and its momentary position on the two pertinent degrees (2-3 Virgo), it's notable that both are associated with despair with hope of rescue through spiritual salvation, with this energy resonating strongly with the extremist beliefs of the pilots themselves (their motive is thought to be related to strict religious values).

It took me awhile to find a 'wow factor' and it only came due to my using Mean Nodes rather than the True Nodes used by the program, once that was corrected we have a tight grouping of Mars/Neptune, Nodes and horrid Hades. Outer planet Neptune (religion) is very much to the fore here but not in a good - or spiritual -way to most minds.

I'll try and keep it simple here by quickly looking at Pearl Harbour which bears some similarities with 9/11 because again it was an attack by aircraft (True Lilith is on 9th cusp so no surprises there!). Lilith 27 Leo is exactly opposite the Moon 27 Aq in the Sibley chart so the fixed degree of 27-28 is a problem area alongside Mars 22 Gemini weakened by its square to Neptune in the problematic 9th house. Another connection between 9/11 and Pearl Harbor is the role of Mars in 7H (open enemies) so these attacks came from Iran and Japan respectively and both came by surprise to the complete shock of both the USA & World (Mer ruler of 7 s-sq Uranus exact). So always keep an eye on Mars, Moon and 9th cusp when it comes to the USA.
Also using the timing technique both degrees for 9/11 and PH are on 2 (number of opposition = conflict) so neither are easy degrees and this is reflected in both sabian symbols. Mercury and Gemini are associated with 'twins' (Twin Towers & 2 planes hitting each tower). More importantly the role of the 7 yr timing method offers the best information for forewarning of such events in future thus proffering protection in future whereas it has been much lacking in these two cases.. In the case of Pearl Harbor the dial or event point is calculated to be at 1.41' Sagittarius and again the symbolism is starkly apt as waves of japanese planes crossing the ocean (2 Sag) suddenly emerge 'out of nowhere' (12 house) taking the US Navy by suprise.
The point is that everything fits quite neatly and easily and if the degrees were incongrous or the rulers say, in 2nd house, 6th or any other it would immediately look out of place but don't take my word.....do it yourself on your own natal chart. Just make sure your time of birth is AA or, in my case, rectify it till it works.👍

My CSE in Maths wasn't up to the job so I asked ChatGP, Grok and a few others to help out and then, hopefully, they agree. Something like this -
according to alan leo it takes 84 yrs to go round 360 degrees of a chart, beginning on july 4 1776 go round 360 degree which then starts again at 12.21 degree of sagittarius .After 360 If we start again at degree of 12.21 sagittarius then at what degree will December 7th, 1941 end up on.

So far I've used 9/11 and Pearl Harbor as 'events' to test the timing system, I wanted to move away from warfare for a minute although the events remain quite sombre as 'good news' rarely makes the front page. I suggested this on another forum for the week beginning Aug 10th that Tues-Wed (according to 'weekly chart') TUES/WED - A stubborn standoff between 2 opposing sides involving shining a light on secrets uncovered (media/news?). This week seems simple enough as a means of measuring the efficacy of this method of a 'Weekly Chart' predicting the weeks news as there's some focus here on the Wednesday of the week. Of course astrological prediction is rarely 'easy' but its a clear pointer of some interesting news on the Wednesday. A square from Uranus is always a bit lively!
Expect surprising news issued on this day in a challenging & worrisome way perhaps to or by a Leader of some sort (Sun) or by a lone person or troublemaker, I'm tempted to put forward the P.M. here..Keir Starmer who seems quite hapless (and hopeless) at the moment but it could be either - leader or a loser. Both ends of the square are on 2nd degree (conflict v collaboration) with Uranus it's much more likely to involve conflict. In the dark of the 12th it could be easily be something quite nasty, hence shocking (UR). If that's the case hopefully the shock is conveyed by words rather than violence.

Taliban Says It's 'Ready And Willing' To Work With Nigel Farage On Deportation Plan
Apart from two details wrong which were guesswork anyway it was broadly correct. The details were Farage as the leader and not Prime Minister Starmer and it's a potentially collaborative act rather than conflicting in nature. And that coming together of the Taliban and Farage provides the Uranian shock value expected and there does seem to be some ensuing controversy that looks set to last long into the future. It gives the current Govt. and the Tories something to finally get their teeth into - and they're going about it like ravenous dogs!
It's also a bit of a shock to have Elon Musk's SpaceX take-off smoothly for once - very much a Sun/Uranus event of course. This flight is important for Musk’s vision of colonising Mars and NASA's dream of creating a base on the Moon. After the Minnesota tragedy it was probably best to leave it, the loner or lone gunman proved to be as violent as I feared.
Just to add that two world leaders got hit by surprise (Sun sq Ur) attacks but the real mystery surrounds Trump who seems to be keeping a low profile for over a week now. It's unusual for Don to be so shy! Or has he also been struck in some way by Uranus?

So you can see its not rocket science exactly, just take note of the most stressed house (day) of the week in a chart started on Sunday at midnight. Not difficult at all. Start that way and then learn more about the degrees involved (cusp & planets). That knowledge will come with experience.

Looking at the two degree symbols for the event it's interesting that one of the degrees symbols images 'manned flight' and the other points to 'journeys into unexplored realms. Think about that, out of 360 degrees only one points to exploration to unknown places and only two show a manned flight yet here we score two hits out of a whole 360 degrees of symbols. What are the chances?

That seems to describe the position over Trump's sudden decision to militarise Washington DC. and there are at least 2 further news items falling under the same category..1) Decision not to open Epstein Files, 2) In UK decision of Govt orders Police to release ethnicity of suspects in high profile cases after string of secrecy rows.
I suggested this on another forum for the week beginning Aug 10th that Tues-Wed (according to 'weekly chart') TUES/WED - A stubborn standoff between 2 opposing sides involving shining a light on secrets uncovered (media/news?). Excitable reactions (Based partly on Mer in 4th (3rd UK) opp Pluto in 10th).

This week seems simple enough as a means of measuring the efficacy of this method of a 'Weekly Chart' predicting the weeks news as there's some focus here on the Wednesday of the week. Of course astrological prediction is rarely 'easy' but its a clear pointer of some interesting news on the Wednesday. A square from Uranus is always a bit lively!
Expect surprising news issued on this day in a challenging & worrisome way perhaps to or by a Leader of some sort (Sun) or by a lone person or troublemaker, I'm tempted to put forward the P.M. here..Keir Starmer who seems quite hapless (and hopeless) at the moment but it could be either - leader or a loser. Both ends of the square are on 2nd degree (conflict v collaboration) with Uranus it's much more likely to involve conflict. In the dark of the 12th it could be easily be something quite nasty, hence shocking (UR). If that's the case hopefully the shock is conveyed by words rather than violence.

Taliban Says It's 'Ready And Willing' To Work With Nigel Farage On Deportation Plan
Apart from two details wrong which were guesswork anyway it was broadly correct. The details were Farage as the leader and not Prime Minister Starmer and it's a potentially collaborative act rather than conflicting in nature. And that coming together of the Taliban and Farage provides the Uranian shock value expected and there does seem to be some ensuing controversy that looks set to last long into the future. It gives the current Govt. and the Tories something to finally get their teeth into - and they're going about it like ravenous dogs!
It's also a bit of a shock to have Elon Musk's SpaceX take-off smoothly for once - very much a Sun/Uranus event of course. This flight is important for Musk’s vision of colonising Mars and NASA's dream of creating a base on the Moon. The Take-off was due on Tuesday but had to be delayed until Wednesday thus fitting more neatly with the Wednesday forecast.

After the Minnesota tragedy it was probably best to leave it, the loner or lone gunman proved to be as violent as I feared.
Just to add that two world leaders got hit by surprise (Sun sq Ur) attacks but the real mystery surrounds Trump who seems to be keeping a low profile for over a week now. It's unusual for Don to be so shy! Or has he also been struck in some way by Uranus?

So you can see its not rocket science exactly, just take note of the most stressed house (day) of the week in a chart started on Sunday at midnight. Not difficult at all. Start that way and then learn more about the degrees involved (cusp & planets). That knowledge will come with experience.
