A Look Back. The swearing in time chart of the Biden administration. Prominent Mars is conjoined Uranus and square Jupiter conjunct Saturn. Easy to see now this represented eruptive (Uranus) and yet sustained war and that these wars were characterized by considerable (Jupiter) attempts or so-called attempts at restraint and also that they went on or had gone on for some time (Saturn).
