LAST URANUS STATION (set Greenwich)
Well UR is strong obviously & square Moon exact but more importantly Mars opposes AS in Sag and becomes exactly sq by Neptune transit = mystery/scandal??
Mars on DC tends to = intent. More study needed to take it further but dare I say Trump may well be right....it doesn't seem to fit a 'simple accident'.
