9th v 12th house Spirituality

I think the 9th is kinda like the exploration of philosophy, spirituality, expansive thought or whatever. International travel. Sometimes I think the 9th has more structure than the 12th, certificates in higher education etc. Your international travel has an end date, and you return to your home country.
The 12th is in my opinion the application of the philosophy/spirituality - and through that the dissolution of the ego self. A sense of detachment from what you were. Immigrating to a foreign land vs visiting. 12h is Becoming vs 9h Exploring. Where the 9th house might be learning about spirituality & what other people's opinions are, expanding your perspective, that is one step on the journey to the 12th house - which to me represents our unconscious self restrictions. What we were conditioned to believe about ourselves & the world, which we operate out of but aren't aware of. The 9th house begins to bring awareness to those things, and through diligent attention in the 12th house, we undo our restrictive conditioning and become free.
I think of the 9th as being where you discover your spiritual beliefs, but the 12th is where your spiritual beliefs find you. You may be passionate and outspoken about religion or spirituality, and we might see all of that energy really emphasizing your 9th, but how that relationship to yourself/God/the universe actually impacts you on the inside will show up in your 12th, because that’s where your inner being really feels the connection. So difficult 12th house placements could point to a struggle with a spiritual connection, meanwhile the person may have moon in the 9th signifying they’re really devoted and focused upon their religion/spirituality/philosophy. Like a person who is wrestling with life/god (12th) but never stops seeking these answers (9th).
As I understand it, the ‘spiritual house’ is the 9th house.
The 9th house deals with Spirituality through Philosophy and Learning. It is ruled by Jupiter so it Spirituality through Authority; faith that is known and sure of and believed firmly. Spirituality as in “I believe in this and know it to be true”.
Whereas the 12th house is the realm of Secrets. It is ruled by Neptune so is Spirituality through dreams; spirituality that is felt and is vague. It is Spirituality as in “I have a 6th sense for people who need a hug but can’t tell or prove why”.
It could be said that the 9th house is a Priest and has an organised religion that is known and familiar. It has faith and spirituality that is written down in texts and can be interpreted and debated. Whereas the 12th house is a Dreamer and can show you things that cannot be replicated or has been written down somewhere. The Dreamer can capture to the essence of something, but it is gone with the rains and never to be captured.
The 9th house is the ideological spirituality; what you believe and will fight for.
The12th house is the essence spirituality; what you dream and hope for.
House 9 is long journeys (abroad), high education and remarriage or second marriage.
House 12 is what's beyond comprehension, giving over, being betrayed and going on out of faith.
Typically house 9 is the bishop, house 10 the hermit and house 12 the pilgrim and the martyr.
House 8 of course being the fanatical terrorist. 😊

I see the spirituality of the 12H as focused on meditation, reflection, contemplation, death of the ego, etc. This is the house of isolation.
I see the spirituality of the 9H as found more in community, receiving guidance from teachers, and finding purpose. This is perhaps the place where theory meets practice. How do our spiritual ponderings become morals and deeds?
One could associate tarot archetpyes with these houses:
12H = The Hermit
9H = The Heirophant
One could associate tarot archetypes with these houses: in isolation, and the other finds spiritual lessons in heritage. Both are necessary and important for spiritual growth!
