A natal chrt has 12 houses in Placidus. One house = 1 month exactly. his 1st house cusp was 15.20 Scorpios on 7th Sept 00 AM and 2nd cusp was at 14.53 Sagittarius at 7th October 0.00 am. What degree exactly occurs on September 10th at 12.23 pm.
The degree that occurs on September 10th at 12:23 PM is approximately 18.42 degrees Scorpio. (Orem Univ.) and it is exactly on Black Moon Lilith rising next to the Asc in 1st house of the Lunar Eclipse chart set for Orem, Utah. One concludes that with Black Lilith there's often the risk of a menacing cloud emerging on the horizon.
